Privacy Policy
Last updated June 10, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how DebtTracker(“DebtTracker,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a platform operated by Skyline Financial for its agents and staff, collects, uses, and protects information. By accessing or using DebtTracker, you agree to this Policy.
1. Who this applies to
DebtTracker is a private business platform for authorized Skyline Financial agents, managers, and administrators (“users,” “you”). It is an internal tool, not a consumer-facing product.
2. Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), and role.
- Information you enter— deal and client records (such as a client's name, enrolled debt amounts, payment dates, and program terms), commission and paycheck data, goals, and notes.
- Shared breakdowns — when you generate a shareable client link, we store the figures it displays, an optional client first name, and link activity (view counts and timestamps).
- Usage & device data — log data, IP address, browser type, and actions taken in the app, used to operate and secure the service.
- Cookies — a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the platform;
- Calculate commissions, paychecks, and clawback status;
- Generate client breakdowns and report when a link is viewed;
- Deliver training and track certification;
- Secure the service, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot; and
- Comply with legal obligations.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your information. We share it only:
- With service providers that host and run the platform (for example, cloud hosting and database providers), under confidentiality obligations and only to operate the service;
- With Skyline Financial management and administrators, consistent with the platform's role-based permissions; and
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Skyline Financial, our users, or others.
5. Client information you provide
You may input information about consumers (“client data”) to use the platform's tools. You are responsible for handling client data lawfully — including obtaining any consents required by law (for example, before reviewing a consumer's credit) and complying with applicable privacy and financial-services regulations. We process client data on your behalf to provide the service.
6. Data retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to operate the service and meet legal and record-keeping obligations. Shareable client links expire automatically (currently 30 days) and may be removed thereafter.
7. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and role-based access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
8. Your choices & rights
You can review and update your account information in Settings. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information about you, contact us using the details below. We may retain certain information where required by law or for legitimate business needs.
9. Children
DebtTracker is intended only for authorized adults (18 years or older) and is not directed to children.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
